AUA will order diplomas approximately 30 days after each semester ends (3 times per year). It may take up to 8 weeks for us to receive your diploma from the vendor. Refer to the Petition to Graduate 2010 for deadlines (see transcript update deadline).The date on your diploma will reflect the end of the semester date, however the date on your transcript will reflect the date you completed program requirements.
If we receive your petition after the deadline posted on the petition to graduate form; we will order your diploma approximately 30 days after the next semester begins.
We ship diplomas 2 to 3 weeks after receipt via UPS (signature is required).
Total estimated delivery time may be 15 weeks.
